- In your slow cooker, add the beef, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, chili flakes, and cornflour. Stir until well mixed.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, allowing the beef to become tender and absorb all the delicious flavors.
- After 2 hours, introduce the noodles, chicken stock, and water to the pot. Toss in the chopped red pepper.
- Cover again and let it cook on low for another 25 minutes or until the noodles are perfectly tender.
- Ladle the fragrant noodles into bowls and enjoy right away.
Notes
Garnish with sliced green onions or fresh cilantro and consider a drizzle of sesame oil for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze portions for up to a month.
