Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the beef with the onion and garlic in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the broth, milk, and pasta. Stir and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.
