Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey, cooking until it’s beautifully browned, breaking it apart with a spoon for even cooking.
  3. Stir in the sliced onions and let them cook until they’re translucent.
  4. Add cabbage and carrots, cooking until they are tender yet still crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and meat, tossing everything together to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve hot, and enjoy the vibrant flavors!
