Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Toss the beef strips in the marinade and let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
Cooking the Onions

Searing the Beef

Making the Sauce

Combining & Serving
- Add the sautéed onions back into the skillet, stirring to combine. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
