Method

Preparation

  2. Gently fold the ingredients together until the shrimp is well-coated and everything is evenly mixed.

  2. Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp mixture on top, followed by a few slices of red onion.
  3. Close the croissant and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

For the best results, ensure your shrimp is perfectly cooked—overcooked shrimp can become rubbery. If you're in a pinch, consider using canned shrimp, but fresh or frozen shrimp will always yield better flavor and texture. Additionally, letting the shrimp mixture chill for at least 30 minutes before serving allows the flavors to meld beautifully. Store any remaining shrimp salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
