Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • to drizzle Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the filling.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff generously with the seafood mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
