Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, mixed vegetables, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything until well incorporated.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and spoon a small amount of the shrimp filling into the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold it in half, pinching the edges together firmly to seal.
- Repeat this process until all your filling is used up.
Cooking
- Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket, and steam them for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Serve with soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice for an added burst of flavor.

Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To freeze uncooked dumplings, place them on a baking sheet until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Reheat by steaming for about 5-7 minutes from frozen. Keep wrappers covered with a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out.
