  • 1 tbsp olive oil For tossing the ingredients.
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 piece lime, juiced Fresh lime juice enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the beef, bell peppers, and onions into uniform thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the beef and vegetables with olive oil and all seasonings, including lime juice. Mix thoroughly (using gloves is recommended).
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a greased large sheet pan.
  2. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately in warm tortillas.

Feel free to substitute the veggies according to your preferences or what you have on hand. Consider adding toppings like fresh salsa, sliced avocado, or cheese for added flavor.
