- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and ground flaxseed. Stir well to mix them.
- Add the fine sea salt, dried herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast to the mix. Give it another stir to combine all the flavors.
- Pour in the olive oil and warm water, stirring until everything is thoroughly mixed to form a thick texture.
- Cover the mixture and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the seed mixture evenly onto the baking tray, patting it down with the back of a spoon.
- Brush the top with a bit of olive oil and bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes, checking frequently to ensure they do not burn.
- Once baked to perfection, let the crackers cool completely before breaking them into pieces.
