  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Ensure they are of even thickness
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Pat the chicken dry using paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken inside a zip-top bag or between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the breasts to an even thickness.
  4. Rub olive oil over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Generously coat the chicken with the spice mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, then flip the chicken over and continue cooking for an additional 5-12 minutes, or until the thickest part reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  3. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
