  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing and patting dry your seafood. If using shrimp, peel and devein them.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Gently add your seafood to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just done—don’t overcook!
  3. Lower the heat, and stir in your cheese until melted and everything is beautifully combined.
Finishing Touches
  1. Sprinkle fresh herbs atop for added flavor.
