Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot according to package instructions. Once they’re al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped shrimp in a drizzle of olive oil until they turn pink—about 3-4 minutes.
Layering and Baking
- In a large baking dish, start layering: place a layer of lasagna noodles, then add the sautéed shrimp, followed by crab meat and your choice of ricotta and marinara sauce.
- Repeat these layers until you’ve used up all ingredients, ensuring that you finish with mozzarella on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool slightly before cutting to serve.
