Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Crab Fresh or frozen crab, thawed if frozen.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 lb Clams Fresh clams, scrubbed clean.
  • 1 lb Mussels Fresh mussels, scrubbed clean.
Vegetables
  • 2 lb Potatoes Cut into quarters for even cooking.
  • 4 ears Corn on the cob Cut into halves or quarters.
Seasoning & Accompaniments
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 1 medium Lemon Cut into wedges for serving.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted, for serving.
  • 4 quarts Water For boiling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Add the crab, shrimp, clams, and mussels. Cook until the seafood is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain the pot and serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
