Mushroom Ingredients
  • 8 ounces fresh button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed You can substitute with shiitake or portobello mushrooms.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Coconut aminos can be used as a gluten-free alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
  2. Add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the cleaned mushrooms and stir well to coat them in the garlic mixture.
  4. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, then add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well until combined.
  5. Cook the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re tender and browned.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
