Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, scraping up any brown bits.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve alongside mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat gently, adding extra cream or broth if needed for sauce consistency.
