Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.

- Bake until golden and puffed, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a bowl, whip the ricotta cheese with lemon zest, heavy cream, and a pinch of black pepper until creamy.
Assembly
- Once the pastry layers are baked and cooled, assemble by layering puff pastry, whipped lemon-ricotta, and prosciutto.
- Finish with another layer of puff pastry on top.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
