  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, ensuring an even coating.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, letting it come to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  7. Cook the linguine according to package directions, then drain it.
  8. Toss the linguine in the creamy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the linguine on plates, topping each with sliced Cajun chicken and a sprinkle of chopped parsley for that finishing touch.
