Ingredients
  

Macaron Shells
  • 100 g Almond flour
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 10 g Beetroot powder (or finely ground freeze-dried beet)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Filling
  • Goat cheese for filling
  • Chopped walnuts for crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, and beetroot powder.
  3. Pipe the macaron shells onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until set.
  5. Let them cool completely.
Filling
  1. For the filling, mix goat cheese, chopped walnuts, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  2. Pipe the filling onto half of the macaron shells and sandwich with the other halves.
Serving
  1. Serve as an elegant appetizer.
