Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a sealable gallon-size baggie, add the washed and halved creamer potatoes.
- Pour in the vegetable oil, and sprinkle the Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the potatoes.
- In a large frying pan, add the sausage slices and water. Cook over medium-high heat until the sausage is browned and most of the water has evaporated (about 8-10 minutes).
- Remove the sausage from the pan. Once cooled, add it to the baggie with the potatoes.
- Melt the butter in the same frying pan, then add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Allow the onion mixture to cool slightly, then add it to the baggie. Shake again to mix all the ingredients.
- Next, add the drained green beans to the bag and give it one last shake.
- Pour the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and dig in!
