Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 2 packages crescent rolls Use refrigerated crescent roll dough
For the filling
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled Use your favorite breakfast sausage
  • 1 envelope country gravy mix Prepared according to package instructions
  • 6 large eggs Scrambled
  • 1 tablespoon butter For scrambling the eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Any type of cheese can be used, such as cheddar or mozzarella
For seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to prepare the crust.
  3. Cook the sausage in a skillet until it is browned and crumbled, draining any excess grease.
  4. Prepare the gravy mix according to the package instructions and pour it over the prepared crust.
Cooking
  1. In a separate skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the scrambled eggs over the gravy, then add the crumbled sausage and top with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the pizza is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
