Cooking the Sausage and Eggs
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned.

- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese.

- Lay out each flour tortilla and spoon some of the sausage and egg mixture onto the center. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
