Main Ingredients
  • 6 pieces Sausages (your choice) Choose your preferred flavor, from spicy to mild.
  • 2 cups Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Swede, diced
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 1 leek Leek, sliced
  • 2 cups Baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cups Homemade stock Can be swapped with store-bought stock if needed.
  • to taste Seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs)
  • 3 tablespoons Gravy granules For thickening the sauce.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Air fry the sausages until they are tender and browned, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the carrots, swede, onion, and leek.
Cooking
  1. Combine the chopped vegetables and baby potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in your homemade stock, adding seasoning to taste.
  3. Sprinkle in some gravy granules and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the chopped sausages to the mixture.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the veggies to remain crisp.
