Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over low heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and eggs.
- Mix everything together until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Spoon the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
