Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk them together until evenly mixed.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it’s thin—around 1/8 inch is perfect for that crunchy texture.
  5. Cut into squares or rectangles and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown, and then let them cool before indulging.
