- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the cabbage wilts and is tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Take the thawed bread dough and roll it out into rectangles (about 5x7 inches).
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cabbage mixture onto each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place topped seams down on the baking sheet. Allow the Runzas to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes
