Preparation
- Line a 20cm/8-inch square pan with baking paper.
- In a bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Mixing
- Stir the add-ins (marshmallows, raspberry lollies, desiccated coconut, and peanuts) into the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into the lined pan and spread out evenly.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully cool.
Serving
- Remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cutting.
- Cut into 5 lines, then into chunks for eating or larger pieces for gifting.
