Preparation

- Toss the sausage chunks into the bowl with the veggies.
- Drizzle the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper over the mixture.

Cooking
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
