Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 16 oz button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed Feel free to substitute with other mushroom varieties.
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Can be replaced with olive oil for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, optional Fresh herbs give additional flavor.
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, optional Drizzle before serving for freshness.
  • for garnish fresh parsley, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, thyme or rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Roast for about 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving for an added freshness.

Notes
