Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the chicken wings in a single layer.
  • In the same bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange them around the chicken wings on the baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the potatoes are tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Include a side of dipping sauces, like BBQ sauce or ranch dressing, for extra flavor. A fresh salad would also be a nice side dish. Make sure the chicken wings are dry before seasoning them for extra crispiness. Use parchment paper on the baking sheet for easy cleanup. Feel free to add your favorite spices to change the flavors, like chili powder for spice or Italian seasoning for a different taste. You can also use other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers instead of baby potatoes.
