Preparation

  2. Peel and cut the carrots into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.
Making the Glaze

Roasting
  1. Toss the carrots in the maple Dijon glaze until they are fully coated.

  3. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even browning.
