  • 1 can (16 3/10 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
  • 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce Feel free to customize with your favorite sauces or cheeses.
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Au Jus gravy mix Prepare according to package instructions.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuits and split each one horizontally, giving you 16 rounds.
  3. On the inside of each biscuit half, spread a generous amount of horseradish sauce.
  4. Place a slice of provolone cheese and a portion of roast beef on the bottom half.
  5. Top with the other half, gently sealing the edges together.
  6. Arrange the sandwiches on your baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the Au Jus gravy according to package instructions.
  8. Serve the sandwiches hot, alongside the Au Jus for dipping.

Notes
