Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuits and split each one horizontally, giving you 16 rounds.
- On the inside of each biscuit half, spread a generous amount of horseradish sauce.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese and a portion of roast beef on the bottom half.
- Top with the other half, gently sealing the edges together.
- Arrange the sandwiches on your baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the Au Jus gravy according to package instructions.
- Serve the sandwiches hot, alongside the Au Jus for dipping.

Notes
