Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Melt the butter in a shallow bowl until fully liquid.
- In another shallow bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
Coating and Baking
- Working one at a time, dip a Ritz cracker into the melted butter, shaking off any excess drips.
- Drop the butter-coated cracker into the cinnamon-sugar, gently pressing or tossing to coat both sides evenly.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, keeping a close watch to achieve a golden edge without burning.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let crackers cool on the sheet for a few minutes so the coating sets.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with melted chocolate for dipping.

Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Re-crisp in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 3–5 minutes if needed. For a lower-sugar option, use a mix of sugar and a non-nutritive sweetener. To make vegan, swap in plant-based butter and dairy-free chocolate.
