  • In a pot, combine the pudding rice, evaporated milk, milk, and sugar.
  • Cook on high heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the mixture is creamy.
  • Once cooked, serve it as is or mix in cinnamon or jam for extra flavor.

Notes

Store leftover rice pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat by adding a little milk and stirring well.
