Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Once well combined, add the Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until fully melted.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring every piece is coated in the cheesy mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press down firmly to create an even layer. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool completely before breaking into cracker-sized pieces.
