- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Once well combined, add the Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring every piece is coated in the cheesy mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press down firmly to create an even layer. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into cracker-sized pieces.
