  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Mince the garlic.
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil Tear the leaves.
  • 1 pinch Salt Season to taste.
Pasta
  • 12 ounces Spaghettini pasta You can substitute with other pasta types.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dice the fresh tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mince the garlic and add it to the tomatoes.
  3. Tear fresh basil leaves and add them to the mixture.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt.
