Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna
  • 12 oz No-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb Ground beef or Italian sausage Can substitute with ground turkey.
  • 24 oz Marinara sauce
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the meat, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, start layering: a bit of meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  2. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.

Notes
