Preparation
- Blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor until smooth.
- Add in the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend again until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a covered bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, pour the whipped feta into a bowl and garnish with walnuts, fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and more black pepper.
