Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, and any optional spices. Stir until smooth.
  2. Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto parchment paper, forming round shapes. Insert lollipop sticks into the centers.
  3. Gently press a marshmallow on top of each lollipop mixture.
  4. Allow them to sit for at least 30 minutes, so they can firm up.
