Preparation

- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and then allow it to cool.

Assembling and Baking
- Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the pie inside for another hour.
Chilling and Serving
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish each slice with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin spice for an extra touch.
