  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, pumpkin, and pineapple until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped dried beef, and chopped onion until everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and place it on a serving platter.
  4. Use a knife to score the sides of the cheese ball, giving it a textured look reminiscent of a pumpkin.
