Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
- Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange saltine crackers in rows to cover the entire sheet. Set aside.
Cooking
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Heat over medium, stirring continuously until it boils and reaches 275ºF.
- Carefully pour the hot mixture over the arranged saltine crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 4 minutes, then turn off the oven.
- Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Return the pan to the warm oven for 1 minute to let the chocolate melt.
- After a minute, using a spatula, spread the melted chocolate evenly.
- Top with peanuts, broken pretzels, and a sprinkle of fun sprinkles.
- Allow to cool and let the chocolate harden.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
