- Season the chuck roast with the Italian seasoning, ranch, and brown gravy mixes.
- Place in a slow cooker and add beef broth.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until tender.
Cranberry Pot Roast Preparation
- Place the chuck roast in a slow cooker.
- Add the cranberry sauce and onion soup mix on top.
- Pour in the beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
