- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, crushed cereal, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and crumbly. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the room temperature butter until creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and the drained crushed pineapple until mixed well.
- Spread the filling over the prepared crust, smoothing it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, allowing it to set before slicing and serving.
