Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- For soft taco shells, lightly brush each with olive oil and arrange on a baking tray. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly crisped.
Assembly
- Spread pizza sauce into the base of each taco shell.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan and season with oregano and garlic powder.
Baking
- Assemble tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
