Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up. Pinch the ends to seal.
- Arrange the rolled crescents on the baking sheet.
- Mix egg and water for the egg wash and brush it over the crescents.

- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
