Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the tip.
- Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
