- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- For an indulgent twist, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the cookies and top with extra pecans while still warm.
- Let cool before serving to ensure they hold their shape.
