Delightful bites combining the creaminess of Brie cheese, juicy pear slices, and crunchy pecans, all drizzled with rosemary-infused honey.

Ingredients
  

For the Cups
  • 12 pieces phyllo cups (ready-made or homemade) Ensure cups are crispy before adding ingredients.
  • 6 oz brie, cut into chunks
For the Filling
  • 1 piece ripe pear, thinly sliced Use ripe pears for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans Can substitute with walnuts or almonds.
  • 3 tbsp honey Warm with rosemary for infused flavor.
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary Used for honey infusion and garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place phyllo cups on a baking tray, and add a piece of brie inside each cup.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Honey Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, warm honey with rosemary for 2–3 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Add pear slices on top of the melted brie, and drizzle with the rosemary honey.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve warm.

Notes
