Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2 pieces store-bought flatbreads or naan
Toppings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 oz brie, sliced thin Or substitute with creamy goat cheese
  • 1 ripe pear thinly sliced Choose soft pears for maximum sweetness
  • 1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush flatbreads or naan with olive oil and add minced garlic.
  3. Layer the brie and pear slices generously.
  4. Scatter cranberries and fresh thyme across the top.
  5. Season it beautifully with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
