Preparation
- Place the butter and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt gently in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Immediately stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla until the mixture is uniform.
- Fold in the marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed while the mixture is still warm.
- Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×9-inch pan using the back of a spoon or a piece of parchment.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. For faster setting, place in the freezer for 20–30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled or at cool room temperature.

Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Can freeze up to 2 months. Use room-temperature butter for even melting.
